BOOKING & PAYMENT

• All private sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Same-day appointments are not available through online booking.

• Need an appointment within 24 hours? Please contact me directly to see if I have availability.

• Please double-check your date and time before completing your booking.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

​

• All sales are final and non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, your session may be eligible to be rescheduled according to the policy below.

• No-shows or sessions that are not rescheduled within the allowed timeframe will be forfeited.

RESCHEDULING

​

I completely understand that life happens! If you need to change your appointment:

​

• Please reschedule at least 48 hours before your session.

• Your rescheduled appointment must be completed within 14 days of your original session date.

• After 14 days, the session will expire and a new session must be purchased.

• Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please communicate with me if you're running late.

​

• Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so that the next client's appointment is not affected.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late without communicating, your appointment will be considered a no-show.

• No-shows are not refundable and must follow the 14-day rescheduling policy.

BEFORE YOUR SESSION​

​

• You will receive a confirmation email after booking. Please keep this email for your records.

• All required forms and waivers must be completed before your session begins.

• Please come prepared with water and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

• For virtual sessions, you'll need enough open space to comfortably stretch. A mat isrecommended, especially for hardwood floors.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

• Clients are responsible for keeping track of their appointment date and time.

• Please arrive ready to begin at your scheduled time.

• A respectful and professional environment is expected at all times. Divine Extension reserves the right to end or refuse a session due to inappropriate or disrespectful behavior. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
