Thomaston Stretch Class

Our Divine Extension Stretch Workshops are designed to help you move better, feel looser, and feel more comfortable in your body in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. Whether you’re new to stretching or looking to deepen your flexibility, each workshop focuses on improving mobility, opening tight areas (especially back, hips and hamstrings), and teaching proper stretching techniques you can safely use at home. Expect hands-on guidance, clear demonstrations, and an encouraging community experience that helps you build confidence in your movement.
